Our return and replacement policies are designed to be simple and straightforward.

7-Day Easy Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The QR code is not functioning properly

Replacement Policy

If your LifeTag arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (at our discretion)

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase
